参拝の手順
Worship procedure
1
1.鳥居をくぐる
参道
鳥居の前で一礼する（一揖（いちゆう）する）
礼とは敬意を込めてお辞儀すること
神様へおじゃましますというあいさつ
※ 気をつける事
・鳥居が複数ある神社の場合は、なるべく外側の鳥居からくぐる（敷地の外側にも鳥居がある場合があります）
・左足から入る
・中央（正中）ではなく左に寄って入る
→中央は神様の通り道のため
1.Pass through the torii

・In the case of a shrine with multiple torii gates, pass through the outer torii gate if possible (there may be other torii gates outside the premises).
・Enter with the left foot
・Enter by going to the left instead of the center
→The center is for God's path

2.手水舎で身を清める
参拝をする前に禊を行う
・洗心（せんしん）両手と口を洗い清めることによって心（魂）を清めるという意味がある
・参拝の前には身体の汚れを落とし清らかにする（身を清める）という習慣がある
手順
ⅰ. 右手で柄杓を取り水をすくい左手を清める
ⅱ. 左手で柄杓を取り水をすくい右手を清める
ⅲ. 右手で柄杓を取り水をすくい左手に水を溜め口を清める
ⅳ. 再度右手で柄杓で水をすくい左手を清める
ⅴ. 最後に余った水で柄杓を縦にし、柄を清める
ⅵ. 静かに柄杓を元の位置に戻す
※ 気をつける事
・他の人も使う為、直接柄杓を口に付けてはいけません
２.Purify yourself at the chozuya
Misogi before worship
・Senshin means to purify the mind (soul) by washing hands and mouth.
・Before worshiping, there is a custom to remove dirt from the body (purify the body).
procedure
ⅰ. Take the ladle with your right hand, scoop up some water, and cleanse your left hand.
ⅱ. Take the ladle with your left hand, scoop up some water, and cleanse your right hand.
ⅲ. Take the ladle with your right hand and scoop up the water.
ⅳ. Scoop water with the ladle again with your right hand and cleanse your left hand.
ⅴ. Finally, hold the ladle vertically with the remaining water to clean the handle.
ⅵ. Gently return the ladle to its original position
be careful
Do not touch the ladle directly to your mouth as it will be used by others.
３.参拝
手順
拝殿（主に賽銭箱の前）で一礼する（一揖（いちゆう））
ⅰ. 鈴を強くならす（神様に来た事を知らせる）
鈴は邪なるものを祓う力があると考えられていて、鈴の音で邪気を祓うので、きちんと音を鳴らす
ⅱ. お賽銭を静かに入れる
（日本語で"５円"と”fate”は”GOEN”と同じ発音をするため、縁起がいいとされているからです）
捧げものとして神前に米を撒く風習の名残り
・大事な米や銭を何の代償もなしに散ずることは私欲があっては出来ないことなので、賽銭を投げることによって心の靄（もや）を祓うという意味がある
ⅲ. 二礼二拍手一礼
1. 二礼…神前に向かって2回深くお辞儀する（90度程度頭を下げる）
2. 二拍手…胸の高さで掌を合わせ2回拍手します。この時に右手を少し下にズラして行います。その後、掌を合わせてお祈りします。
※掌をズラすのは神様と人はまだ一体化していないことを表しています
※掌を合わせた後（神と一体化し神の力を得られると言われています）、具体的な願いを心の中で祈ります
3. 一礼…掌を合わせて深く一度お辞儀します
３.Worship

ⅰ. Ringing the bell (notifying God that you have come)
It is believed that bells have the power to ward off evil spirits.
ⅱ. Quietly put in the offertory
(Because "five yen" and "fate" have the same pronunciation as "GOEN" in Japanese, it is said to be auspicious.)
Remnants of the custom of scattering rice in front of the gods as offerings.
・Since it is not possible to scatter precious rice or coins without any compensation for personal gain, throwing a coin has the meaning of clearing away the haze in one's heart.
ⅲ. Bow twice, clap twice, bow once
1. Second bow: Bow deeply twice in front of the altar (lower your head about 90 degrees)
2. Double clap: clap twice with palms together at chest height. At this time, move your right hand slightly downward. Then put your palms together and pray.
*Shaking the palm indicates that the god and the person have not yet united.
*After putting your palms together (it is said that you can become one with the gods and gain the power of the gods), make a specific wish in your heart.
3. Bow once…Pold your palms together and make a deep bow.
４.帰り道
※ 気をつける事
・鳥居をくぐる際は端を歩く
鳥居を出てから一礼して帰る
神様に「おじゃましました」「ありがとうございました」という気持ちを伝える意味があります
４.Way home
*Be careful
・When passing through the torii, walk on the edge.
After leaving the torii, bow once and go home.
There is a meaning to convey the feeling of "I'm sorry to bother you" and "Thank you very much" to God.
