太陽・農業の神
アメノオシホミミの子で、アマテラスの孫です。
名古屋近辺を治めていた、尾張氏の祖先と言われています。太陽のエネルギーを神格化した神です。太陽神の神社には、アメノホアカリを祀ることが多く、古事記の物語では、あまり目立った活躍はしていません。
太陽の神
アメノホヒは、アマテラスとスサノオが仲直りをしたときに、アマテラスの勾玉（アクセサリー）から生まれました。そのため、人間関係に調和をもたらす神・縁結びの神でもあります。「古事記」のストーリーで、アメノホヒが地上に降りた理由は、日本を創っていたオオクニヌシから国を譲ってもらう交渉をするためでした。しかし、次第にオオクニヌシを尊敬するようになり、本来地上に降りてきた目的とは変わって、数年間国造りを助けることになったと言われています。
言い伝えによると、出雲大社の国造氏はアメノホヒの子孫だといわれています。

Amenohoakari is often enshrined in the shrines of the sun god, and in the stories of the Kojiki, it does not play a prominent role.

Amenohohi was born from Amaterasu's magatama (accessory) when Amaterasu and Susanoo made up. Therefore, it is also a god of marriage and a god who brings harmony to human relationships. In the story of "Kojiki", the reason why Amenohohi descended to the ground was to negotiate with Ookuninushi, the creator of Japan, to take over the country. However, he gradually came to respect Okuninushi, and it is said that instead of his original purpose of coming down to earth, he decided to help build the nation for several years. According to legend, Mr. Kunizo of Izumo Taisha is said to be a descendant of Amenohohi.
愛知県北西部、一宮市の中心部にあります。アメノホアカリは、愛知県付近を治めていた尾張氏の祖神であるため、その地域でもっとも位の高い神社でした。現在は、真清田神社の位名である一宮が市名になっています。市章は、真清田神社の宝物の五鈴鏡がモチーフになっています。
この神社は、第二次世界大戦中の空襲で焼失しました。戦後に再建された建物は、本館・祈願館などの建築様式の価値が高いため、国の登録有形文化財に登録されました。木造舞楽面12面、朱漆器25点など、多くの重要文化財が保管されています。3月3日に行われる桃花祭は有名です。

It is located in the center of Ichinomiya City in the northwestern part of Aichi Prefecture. Amenohoakari was the ancestor of the Owari clan who ruled the area around Aichi Prefecture, so it was the highest shrine in the area. Today, the name of the city is Ichinomiya, which is the name of Masumida Shrine. The emblem of the city is based on the five-bell mirror, which is a treasure of Masumida Shrine. This shrine was destroyed by air raids during World War II. The buildings rebuilt after the war were registered as national tangible cultural properties due to the high architectural value of the main building and prayer hall. Many important cultural properties such as 12 wooden bugaku masks and 25 vermilion lacquerware are stored here. The Peach Blossom Festival held on March 3rd is famous.

神社の敷地内に1400年前の横穴式石室があるので、創建時期は600年頃だと思われます。六甲山を聖地として崇める豪族により、創建されたのだと推察されています。
もともとの祭祀場は、神が降臨したとされている六甲山の頂上にあり、来拝の利便性などの理由から現在の場所に社殿が創建されたと伝えられています。
以上のことから、昔から重要な神社だったことがわかります。明治時代の法令である「神社合祀令」によって、周辺地域の神々がこの芦屋神社にまとめられました。ちなみにこの神社では、アメノホヒは太陽の神というよりも縁結びの神として祀られているため、日本式の結婚式場としてとしてもよくお祀りされています。

Since there is a 1,400-year-old tunnel-style stone chamber on the shrine grounds, it is believed that the shrine was built around 600. It is speculated that it was built by a powerful family who worshiped Mt. Rokko as a sacred place. The original ritual site was located at the top of Mt. Rokko, where the gods are said to have descended. From the above, you can see that it was an important shrine from ancient times. According to the "Shrine Consolidation Ordinance", which was a law in the Meiji era, the gods of the surrounding area were gathered at this Ashiya Shrine. By the way, at this shrine, Amenohohi is enshrined as a matchmaking god rather than a sun god, so it is often used as a Japanese-style wedding venue.
